Registration for Summer classes 2010

Three Ways to Register

Fill out our online registration form. When you click “Submit,” you will be redirected to PayPal for payment. Use your PayPal account, or pay with a credit card.
If you prefer to pay by check, please print out and complete the Cherry Court Studios registration form. Include check, charge check, or money order, and mail the form to the address listed at the top of the form. Registration forms are due no later than the first day of your selected class. If registering late, please call to be sure seats are still available: (412) 334-2567. Early registration assures that the classes you want are available. Those who register by June 14 receive early-registration discounts. You will receive confirmation of registration by mail.
OR REGISTER IN PERSON – Visit Cherry Court Studios. Meet the instructor, see the studio, see students at work. The studio is always busy. It will be open Mondays through Thursdays in May and June from 4:30 p.m. through 8 p.m. The studio will also be open Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

General Information

Grade 7 - 12 sessions are 7 weeks long, once a week, 3 hours per class. Grade 6 meets once a week for 5 weeks. In addition, two Grade 6 sessions meet for one week, Monday through Friday.

Tuition
One semester or workshop, grades 6 through 12–$240	One semester or workshop, payment by June 14 – $225
Each additional sibling, grades 6 through 12 – $105	Each additional sibling, payment by June 14 – $90

Summer Classes
IMAGINE Course Description No prerequisite For students in grade 6	Monday through Friday, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., July 12 to July 16. Monday through Friday, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., July 19 to July 23. Saturdays, once a week, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., July 10 through August 7.
ART CHALLENGE Course Description No prerequisite For students in grades 7, 8, 9	Mondays, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., June 21 to August 9. Tuesdays, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., June 22 to August 3. Wednesdays, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., June 23 to August 4. Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., June 26 to August 14. *The studio is closed July 3, 4 & 5.
ART & TECHNOLOGY Course Description Prerequisite: ART CHALLENGE For students in grades 8, 9, 10, 11, 12	By arrangement with instructor.
INTENSIVE SKILLS Course Description Prerequisite: ART CHALLENGE For students in grades 9, 10, 11, 12	Mondays, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., June 21 to August 9. Tuesdays, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., June 22 to August 3. Wednesdays, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., June 23 to August 4. Thursdays, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., June 24 to August 5. The studio is closed July 3, 4 & 5.
PORTFOLIO DEVELOPMENT Course Description Prerequisite: ART CHALLENGE For students in grades 10, 11, 12	Instructor and family will create attendance plan to meet educational goals.

Withdrawing from Class

To receive a refund, notify Cherry Court Studios of the withdrawal no later than 6 p.m. the day before the student’s second class.

Make Up Classes

Students find it easy to make up missed classes. They are welcome to attend any day the class is offered during summer session. In addition, the studio will remain open for make up classes at regular times during the month of August.

Directions

Cherry Court Studios is located in the Shoppes at Northway (previously known as the Northway Mall), 8000 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15237.

To locate our studio, park your car in the lower parking lot by McKnight Road. Look for the Ritz Camera sign on the building, attached to a glass enclosed stairwell. Those stairs lead to the mezzanine. Inside the building, to the left of the staircase is an elevator that also leads to the mezzanine. Once on this level, turn left and travel to the end of the hall. Then travel to the right. Cherry Court Studios is the third door on the left, suite 203.
